Provide your order details and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. b. - Return Shipping: a. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of the item(s). b. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the return shipping process. It is your responsibility to package and secure the items properly.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 15 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. c. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
